One acre, tended by hand.
1acrefarms started as a small patch of family land and a simple idea: food tastes better — and does more good — when it travels a short distance and is grown without shortcuts. We rotate our beds by season, keep a handful of happy cows and hens, and turn the surplus into honey, ghee and pickles in our own kitchen.
